tHE ESSENTIALS PACKAGE - $650

This package offers everything you see included in the prenatal + labor services (all individual services are optional). Pregnancy is a time of growth + development for everyone involved; my role as your birth doula is to help you focus by helping you manage those changes as they come. As your doula, it is not my purpose to advocate for you, but to help you advocate for yourself! Whether it is your first pregnancy or you’re looking for a little more help this time around, EVERY birthing person deserves resources + support during pregnancy, + constant + consistent support throughout labor.

The muse package - for the artsy ones- $800

Arguably pregnancy + birth are some of the most intrinsically artistic times in a person's life. Working with all-organic materials, you've taken it upon yourself to summon some divine unknown power + use it to create + cultivate something incredibly precious.

Physically, your body knows its creation time + it's ready to go! As it changes + you develop new, almost superhuman abilities to connect with + provide for your baby, those same chemicals + changes can make it easier for you to express yourself artistically! This is so useful to us, because art + art therapy are fantastic opportunities for self-discovery + personal growth. Its important to establish communication with your inner self during this time so that you can make more informed decisions about the birth + labor that you want. Together we'll spend time crafting, creating, + capturing meaningful moments during your pregnancy + delivery. In addition to all of the projects that we make, you will also receive birth mantra coloring pages (for downtime) + a custom-made, wooden lasercut birth announcement. the gaia package - for the earthy ones - $800

The concept of selfcare is age old, but unfortunately a lot of us find it very difficult to incorporate regular selfcare into our everyday lives (or even to identify our favorite ways of being cared for). Its hard to care for others when we haven't taken care of ourselves, + its a good idea to get into the habit of prioritizing your well-being so you don't end up over-exhausted + unable to be your best self + the person you want to be for your family.

Together we'll discuss + work on ways that you can induce relaxation + comfort whenever you need to, + all the ways that your partner can help. Along with information about all-natural remedies, essential oil use + alternative pain relief, you'll also receive free products from Amethyst Bumblebee Soaps + Selfcare Goodies for use throughout pregnancy + in your own personal Welcome Home Kit. (All prenatal + labor services included)

The Full Moon Package - For The Ones Who Want It All - $1,000
